Parish Update

Important Information

Wellington County has informed the Diocese and public all who attend Masses this coming weekend MUST WEAR A MASK to help deter the spread of the Covid 19 virus. The ushers have only a limited number of masks. Please try to remember to bring and wear a mask. Those who are exempted from wearing a mask are those in the sanctuary. Priest, servers, and eucharistic ministers will wear the mask while distributing communion. Thank you for your understanding. I have been informed the by-law provides for a thousand dollar fine for non–compliance.

Additional Information:

The Parish Hall is preparing for repair and renovations. The Committee is seeking empty boxes to store plates and kitchen materials. If you have any boxes please consider bringing to the Parish Hall Mondays–Fridays before 1 PM. Leave outside door for custodian to bring into the hall before he leaves for the day.

Thanks to an outpouring of generosity the Food Pantry is bursting full. I thank all who have been bringing food items. At present we are not in need for food items until futher notice. Thanks again for helping the Food Pantry.

The Blessed Sacrament will remain in the Office window until the church is allowed to remain open for parishioners to come in the church to pray. At present doors are locked at end of Masses when all must depart the church.

Let us unite with one another in praying the Rosary every day at 4 PM for the healing of the world and an end to the pandemic.
