 This evening 36 sons and daughters of St. Patrick’s Catholic School, Holy Rosary Catholic School, and parish will be celebrating the sacrament of Confirmation. Congratulations students!

 This Sunday at 4 PM Fr. Richard will be celebrating his final Mass in Tagalog as he soon prepares to depart from Holy Rosary Parish to return back to his homeland where he will continue to take up responsibilities as Vice President of one of our Jesuit Universities in the Philippines.  Thank you Fr. Richard for bringing much life and joy to the parish!  A reception will follow in the parish hall.   All are welcome to attend… Those  who speak Tagalog and those who do not.   
  

Spiritual Exercises of

St. Ignatius of Loyola)
 St. Ignatius – MAKING ALL THINGS NEW A reminder that Fr. Phil Shano, SJ and a number of lay directors are available in the parish for those who might choose personal spiritual direction. Fr. Phil and lay directors trained in the Spiritual Exercises can make themselves available. For those interested in being directed in the Spiritual Exercises contact Holy Rosary parish office.  This is a new ministry in the parish since the closing of Loyola House Jesuit Retreat Centre.           


Adoration for Young Adults

 Eucharistic Adoration – Two Rivers ... An  hour of adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is scheduled for this Friday May 08 @ 7:00 PM.  Adoration involves an hour of silent contemplation, prayer, and meditation before the Blessed Sacrament. Young adults of the parish come out and pray for peace in our world, for our families, friends, the sick, the poor, and for those in need.   Fr. Rectory Construction Continues!  
The Rectory addition is coming along very well. No major issues.  A few pictures to see what the structure  is looking from within and outside thus far.   Rest in Peace(May the souls of our families and parish and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace )

Thanks for bringing  liquor bottles and beer cans  (no pop cans) to grey bin outside parish office door to recycle.  Amount raised has now surpassed $20,500.00!   Thank you!   If  the bin is full put inside the doors to the parish office entrance.  Thanks to John Jansen for picking up the bottles and taking them for collection.  A great effort by all!   Remember no pop cans!)
