 Delegation to Manitoulin Island.
A group from Holy Rosary Parish Manitou Circle and Wellington Catholic School Board are heading to Manitoulin Island this summer to build friendship and companionship  with First Nations. They will reside at the Anishinaabe Retreat Centre on Manitoulin Island where they will be immersed in First Nation culture.  Canadian Jesuit International has provided a significant grant to accommodate 10-12 persons.  However, further funds are needed in order for all to attend.

A 50/50 fundraiser draw will take place end of June after Mass. In order for all to attend please support the 50/50 draw… Tickets can be purchased after Mass at tables set up outside both front and back entrance.

The Catholic Organization Chalice
 Chalice | Bedford NS

It has come to my attention that 84 families of the parish sponsor a child in the world in need.  And of the 84 some families support more than one child.   On behalf of Chalice and on behalf of the parish I express my gratitude to all who are able to support a child in this world, Thank you for helping to offer a child  a brighter future in lands where many suffer poverty, economic hardship, and civil war. God bless you… Fr. Boyd SJ  Rest in Peace(May the souls of our families and parish and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace )
